However, should a customer need to return an item, we offer a no quibble return policy and will always endeavour to satisfy reasonable requests and resolve all issues in a timely manner.
Our window for refunds or exchanges is 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have lapsed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are sending an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance in order to protect yourself against any loss.
